My name is Anthony Chi Man Sung, I received a BSc degree with honours in Electrical Engineering from the City University (London, UK) in 1980, a MSc degree in Modern Electronics from University of Nottingham in 1986 and a PhD in Building Engineering (Electrical Services) from UMIST in 1998.I am qualified and registered with EC(UK) as a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (FCIBSE) and IET (FIET).

I had served as one of the Board members of the CIBSE who is one of the world's recognised leading professional engineering institutions supporting the built environment professionals to create the sustainable living and working environments which service our economies.

With a dual focus on both the engineering and the construction sectors of the economy, CIBSE provides a coordinating role for the application of multidisciplinary engineering principles in the built environment, and promotes the delivery of integrated projects by working with others in construction.
